In Yo-yo Ma and Jonah Lehrer’s writing, they pull the reader in to understand and realize what they are saying. Their ideas begin to combine into one big idea. They say that science is missing art, and this is a thought that I agree with. Science is a fantastic way to discover new ideas about the world, but it is moving slower then it could. With the addition of art, it would begin to open up a realm of possibilities and new ways to find information. Although not all scientists think alike, some of them will probably dispute my claim that art is the missing link in the science field. While it is true that science is a difficult topic to study, it does not necessarily follow that additions of the arts would make science easier to develop. With more art added into not only science but also teaching, humans in the coming generations will be able to think in more complex and organized ways.
